Spot reduction is a myth and anyone telling you that you can lose your stomach fat doing crunches is a idiot. You must lower your calorie consumption and increase your activity to lose fat and drop weight. Eventually fat will melt off all over your body but not in a specific area like your stomach. Your body will try to hold on to most of the fat in your stomach and once you lose it you will start to see your abs. The lower your body fat gets the more visible your abs will be. So if you want to see your six pack then just do more cardio and not more crunches lol
